At Weavr, every piece is made in limited quantities and handled with care.
Because of this, we keep our return and exchange policy simple and transparent.


Returns & Exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective, or

  • You receive the wrong item due to an error on our end.

In these cases, we’ll make it right.


What we currently don’t offer

As a small, independent brand producing limited drops we are unable to offer size-based exchanges or returns at this time.

This allows us to focus on quality, reduce waste, and maintain intentional production.

How to request a return or exchange

  • Contact us within 30 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos of the issue

  • Include your order number

Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Requests outside the stated conditions may not be eligible
