Refund Policy
At WEAVR, we aim to ensure every order meets our quality standards. Refunds are provided only in specific situations outlined below.
Eligible for Refund
A refund may be issued if:
• The product arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was delivered due to an error on our end
• A replacement item is not available
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue along with the order number.

Return Requirement
If the request is approved, customers may be asked to return the product. Returned items must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags and packaging
Return instructions will be shared via email once the request is verified.
Refund Timeline
After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind after the order is placed
• Minor color differences due to screen or lighting variations
